ACCUTRAC is a complete business distribution system including Accounts
Receivable, Order Entry and POS, Sales Analysis, Inventory Control, Accounts
Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, Purchasing, Sales Development Auto Warehouse
Transfer, Bill of Material and Product Assembly, and Quotation Control
modules

The software integrates a multiple-location company by tying all remote
locations to the central office online, which allows for complete audit control
of all remotes by one site. This capability also allows for multiple inventory
locations and cross-location access to any remote's inventory status. The
software strictly adheres to all AICPA and FASB accounting standards and
parameters. The software continually creates G/L distributions from each
module, transparently, and moves the distributions to the General Ledger.
General Ledger allows for operator designed financial statements, as well as
automatic company G/L consolidation. Order Entry, POS, Cash Receipts, and all
other I/O intensive operations are largely function key controlled, resulting
in fast and easy operation. Features such as a Job Stream Controller and a
built-in Spooler and spool queue allow for high-volume, high-speed processing
of the package unattended by an operator. The system is completely integrated,
but causes no processing bottlenecks, as the closing procedures of each
accounting module are mutually exclusive.
